Every Stardust piece arrives ready to gift, in our premium presentation box. No extra wrapping needed — but if you want additional wrapping for a special occasion, leave a note at checkout.
Yes. At checkout, you can enter a different shipping address from your billing address. The package will go directly to the recipient — with no invoice or pricing visible inside the box.
No. The receipt is sent only to your email. Nothing inside the box mentions the price. The recipient sees only the piece, the certificate, and your note if you've included one.
Yes. At checkout, leave us a note with the date you'd like the package to arrive — birthday, anniversary, holiday. We'll time the dispatch from Barcelona accordingly. We recommend allowing at least 7 days for international delivery.
14-day returns from the day it arrives. The recipient (or you) can send it back in its original packaging for a full refund. Returns within the EU are free; outside the EU, we cover return shipping for orders over €500.
