WHY A METEORITE DIAL

No two faces are the same.

The dial of every Stardust watch is cut from genuine Muonionalusta iron and acid-etched to reveal its Widmanstätten pattern — a lattice of crystals that took millions of years to form as the meteorite cooled in space.

That pattern cannot be printed, faked, or repeated. It is the fingerprint of a single fall, billions of years old, and it exists on your watch and nowhere else on Earth.

Every dial ships with a Certificate of Authenticity for the meteorite it was cut from, signed by Emil & Aleksandra.

Each watch runs on a precise Swiss quartz movement, powered by a battery — so it keeps accurate time whether you wear it daily or leave it resting. The battery typically lasts two to three years, and we can replace it for you when the time comes.
Yes. Each dial is cut and etched from genuine Muonionalusta, so the Widmanstätten pattern on your watch face exists on no other. The dial is, quite literally, one-of-one.
Water resistance is listed per model on the product page. As a rule, we recommend keeping any meteorite-dial watch away from prolonged water exposure and removing it before swimming or showering.
A quartz movement needs little beyond a battery change every two to three years, which we can handle for you. The meteorite dial is sealed at the factory and needs no special care beyond keeping the watch dry.
