The craft

Cut. Etched. Set by hand.

Each fragment is shaped in our Barcelona workshop — sliced from the meteorite, acid-etched to reveal the pattern within, and set in its final form. No batches. No two pieces alike.

The Widmanstätten pattern took millions of years of slow cooling in space to form. The work is in revealing it — patiently, one fragment at a time.

Personally sourced.

Hand-found by us in Swedish Lapland, or hand-picked at strewnfield origin from the people who pull them from the ground.

IMCA certified.

Every piece ships with a Certificate of Authenticity, backed by our IMCA membership (#4748). Verified provenance, weight, and class.

Worldwide delivery.

Insured and tracked, signature on receipt. Shipped from Barcelona, typically arriving in 4–7 days.

Lifetime guarantee.

If a stone we sold you is ever questioned, we re-certify it. For as long as the piece exists.

Before you wear

Jewelry questions.

No — and that's the point. Every Stardust piece holds a one-of-one meteorite fragment. The Widmanstätten pattern, the olivine inclusions, the crystal structure — none of these exist twice in the universe. Photos show the type and craftsmanship. The fragment you receive will be uniquely yours.
Five primary materials: 925 sterling silver (the classic choice — warm, traditional, ages beautifully), tungsten carbide (the most scratch-resistant material we work with — perfect for daily-wear rings), titanium (lightweight, hypoallergenic, excellent for sensitive skin), carbon fiber (modern, ultralight, contemporary look), and gold-plated silver (warm tone over a sterling base — luxurious without the gold-bar price). Each material is listed on every product page.
Yes — every fragment in our jewelry is genuine meteorite, hand-sourced and verified. Every piece ships with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by us, backed by our membership in the International Meteorite Collectors Association (IMCA #4748). Our certificates list the meteorite name, its origin, and the type of stone — and they are recognized internationally as professional provenance.
It depends on the material. Tungsten and titanium are virtually scratch-proof and corrosion-proof. Carbon fiber is resistant to scratches and won't tarnish. Sterling silver can develop a natural patina over years; we coat all silver pieces with a protective layer at the workshop. The meteorite itself is sealed before setting, so it stays stable through normal wear. Avoid swimming pools, saunas, and harsh chemicals — that's true of any fine jewelry.
We list every ring in US sizing on the product page. If you're more familiar with EU or UK sizes, write to us — we'll send you the conversion. If you don't know your size at all, we can also send a free paper ring sizer by post anywhere in Europe. Most rings can be re-sized once at no charge within 60 days of delivery; tungsten rings cannot be re-sized due to the material's hardness, so we recommend confirming your size first.
Yes — worldwide, by FedEx, fully insured, signature on receipt. Shipping from Barcelona takes 4–7 business days to most countries. Customs forms are prepared by us; you only sign for delivery.
14-day returns from the day it arrives, in original packaging. Returns within the EU are free; outside the EU, we cover return shipping for orders over €500. Re-sizing is free within 60 days for materials that can be re-sized.
Yes. If you'd like a specific meteorite type, a specific design, an engraving, or a piece we don't currently list — write to us. Most custom requests are completed within 4–6 weeks. There's no commitment in asking; we'll quote and confirm before any work begins.
